Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Whales in Paradise:

All tours/cruises are weather and number dependant. (Reschedule or refund). No refund available for cancellations or changes within 72hrs of tour departure. The operator reserves the right to refuse entry, substitute the vessel and change the day’s itinerary and pricing without notice.

Please note that once booked and paid for, 100% cancellation fees apply.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

The Rock Tour:

100% if the Tour is cancelled within 24 hours of departure. 50% if between 24-48 hours. 25% at all other times.

Adventure Tours Australia:

If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip: 30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain $99 per person; Between 15 and 29 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost 14 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking. Note that different cancellation conditions apply to some trips and additional services. Your booking consultant will advise if differences apply. Please note that for certain travel arrangements the cancellation charge may be higher than those shown. In certain cases a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made and the ticket is issued. You will be advised of different cancellation charges at time of booking. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.

By booking with Australian Private Tours & Charters you acknowledge that participation in all trips involves inherent risks that may not be present in the case of conventional or less demanding holidays. These risks include, without limitation, the possibility of injury or death, psychological trauma, disease, loss or damage to property, inconvenience, and discomfort. The possibility of experiencing all or some of these risks is likely to be higher if participating in any of our tours that involves visiting remote or unstable regions, or regions where there is dangerous wildlife. CANCELLATION BY YOU: If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, notification of cancellation must be received by Australian Private Tours & Charters via email. The date of the cancellation is the date on which Australian Private Tours & Charters receives this notification. Charges applicable as follows, per person: If cancelled more than 30 days before departure and money has already been paid to Australian Private Tours & Charters, passengers will receive a full refund minus any processing or bank charges. If cancelled 30 days or less before departure, there will be no refund given. For any booking for which an initial deposit (part payment) was payable, payment of the remainder of the tour cost must be made at least 31 days prior to the departure of your tour. If you do not pay the balance of your total booking cost within this time frame, your booking may be terminated and you may lose your deposit. Additional Australian Private Tours & Charters cancellation penalties may apply. No refunds will be made if you leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or services not utilised. CANCELLATION BY AUSTRALIAN PRIVATE TOURS & CHARTERS: Australian Private Tours & Charters reserves the right to cancel a departure and will advise you of such cancellations as soon as possible. FORCE MAJEURE: Australian Private Tours & Charters will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of trips due to “Force Majeure”. “Force Majeure” means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Australian Private Tours & Charters and includes, but is not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions and vehicle breakdown. Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance which includes cover for cancellation costs. If you cancel your booking before departure, we may at our absolute discretion charge the following fees; 30 days or more 10% of fare 8 to 30 days 25% of fare 48hrs to 7 days 50% of fare Less than 48hrs 100% of fare

Jump Tours:

Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure: 30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price 13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price

Coral Sea Dreaming:

Cancellations more than 28 days prior to departure - 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations from 7 days to 28 days prior to departure - 35% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure and no-shows - 100% cancellation fee. Should a trip be cancelled due to poor weather of mechanical breakdown, we will provide a full refund. No refunds are offered if little or no sailing occurs.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Skydive Uluru:

All bookings incur a $100 per person cancellation fee, unless cancelling within 48hrs of departure, at which time a 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund is available. Booking amendments may incur a $100 per person amendment fee.

Hills Luxury Day Tours:

A full refund is available for cancellation up to 6 days before your tour. Cancellation less than 6 days prior to departure will not be refunded.

Wetland Cruises:

Wetland Cruises reserve the right to cancel a tour if the group numbers are not sufficient, in such cases full refunds will be given. Any costs incurred by a client as a result of a delay or cancellation, including failure to make connections with any other service, are the responsibility of the passenger. We strongly recommend that all passengers have their own travel insurance to cover losses. Cancellation fees are 10% charge outside 14 days, 25% charge from 14 –8 days, 50% charge from 7—4 days and 100% charge within 72 hours of departure.
